La Paz Mexican Restaurant - Lincoln

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in townI love the chips and salsa so much that I buy salsa to go so I can eat it at home.

I do not understand how this restaurant wins so many people choice awards.

The service was terrible i was about to walk out when they finally came to wait on me.

We had dinner with my wife last night when we both looked for us. We both remember that they generally had so delicious chips and salsa food and a great atmosphere. It wasn't the case yesterday. They seem to have turned to a cheaper, much less good chip (make a big difference with Nachos), and their salsa was also unfortunately not the same. I pierced the plate of Nachos half and realized that the cheese was not even melted under it. Needless to say, we didn't want us to send things back, so early finished and left. La Paz was formerly great, but the last few times were sadly disappointing, and after the surveys it seems that we are not the only people who had a bad experience as late. I hope the owners can turn things around..

A Lincoln classic. Not authentic Oaxacan cuisine. But only great American style Mexican cuisine. The service and food are always great.
