I chose sweet potato waffelfries that were so delicious; crispy outside and soft inside, a hauch of sweet and we thought they tasted like funnel cake!
The local small town fancy restaurant . The prices are high and the food quality is above average, but nothing extraordinary. It is always loud too loud to be intimate and too awkwardly set up for large groups. There always seems to be children screaming. The wait for food is average, but I highly recommend table reservations. The restaurant is sports themed. Sometimes a piece of the Nebraska Cornhuskers ' band make an appearance for a short performance. From my latest visit: I was in a group of eight about an hour before the busiest time. Our table was given a total of two breads and one butter (the equivalent of three dinner rolls). The rest of the food was a bit cool. I had water and a fork dropped on me by the busser. One of us was not given silverware. We were offered plenty of refills and there seemed to be plenty of staff, so I 'm not sure why they were so inept.
Food was excellent but there was a short wait for a table. Prime rib was juicy with just a bit of marbled fat. If you're short don't get a booth, you'll sink in your seat.
Fantastic little location that's been around for years. Not overly busy for a Sunday, so service was pretty on point. I have nothing negative to say about this spot. Our server was Mark and we watched him ust his hump to keep everybody going with all the tables he had. Appetizer selections are great, we had the Escargot, fantastic! We paired our dinner with a bottle of wine and it was reasonably priced. I had the Prime Rib, which is their signature steak, and it was to die for. Extremely tender, juicy and very flavorful. My wife had the S.O.B. steak which was good also. Not overly seasoned and cooked very close to how she wanted it.We will be back for another date night outing for sure.A little higher end on the prices, but well worth the money for the quality of food and service you get.
I never wrote a review on a restaurant before, but was highly disappointed with the food, I came in for my birthday and tried the prime rib that had so many people in the reviews say it was AMAZING, the prime rib was good, but prices didn’t match for the taste or quality I was promised by my residential friends. Everything is overly priced and the food came out cold. The service was something you can expect from any place. But overall it was OVERHYPED.
