Of course, they call Goodcents! Or that's what I thought. On Friday before the party, I deleted my work calendar and made a reminder of calling at 2:30, what I thought was a dead time. Before the words were even completely out of my mouth, I was told that I could not be helped now because of X and Y and I should stop the next day or call at 2:30. Husker game or place the order online. It was a little disturbing and disturbing, but at least she really appreciated me? Here? I love online orders. I have online orders with this location since before, it was cool. But in recent years, the attention to detail for online orders has been strangely bad. I used to order a few times a week, but almost every time I get tomatoes or other topping, I didn't order. Wanted wheat bread and white bread. Something like that. So the frequency of my orders went from one or two times a week, at once a month when I was available to go and babysit my sandwich. So order online, especially for a 5 year old party that is already a picky eater, was from the table. The last straw I left today was Saturday before the party. I thought if I went around 11:15 or so, it wouldn't be busy, and I would be able to wait in the line and get the attention that a normal customer would get. With half a dozen people in the line and a bunch of employees running around, it took a few minutes to get where it was my turn. I said I wanted a quick catering order and was told that I should stand there and someone would help me. After waiting for a few minutes, I was politely told again, either order online or get in during the football match. Oh, but I was appreciated. 1. I am not ordering online. I don't trust you enough to make my own sandwich right, why should I trust you with a catering order for a few kids that will necessarily be picky food. 2. It took 30 seconds to complete my order. Instead, Mr. Goodcents was too busy for me. 3. I'm the customer. I wanted to spend a few hundred dollars with you. Why do I have to plan MY time for yours? Maybe I'm busy during the football match. But hey, Mr. Goodcents, I appreciate you. I appreciated you so much that I drove to HyVee, dropped $200 and made everything to make my own sandwiches. I would recommend anyone looking for catering, go for Subway or Jersey Mike?s. Or if you feel sharp, Pickleman?s in downtown. They always seem busy, but also really appreciate me while I can handle my orders.
Best sandwich in the city and if you are registered for your club, you will receive a free 8 sub for your birthday!
The best subs in town. Fast, simple and good service. My sandwich was great, no complaints. I would highly recommend!
Great value for your hard earned . We had a late business meeting from 6 PM to 9PM so I order an assortment of the pasta dishes to be ready at 5:45 and they were on time, and everyone was very happy to have a bite to eat during the long meeting... one small thing... offer or add forks to the sack. OVERALL 5 stars!
This was my first time coming by recommendation from my brother I came in at about 12:40 On July 6th and there was a line to the door so I waited in line until about 12:55 to place my order. After I placed an order for a steak and cheese they sent the order in the back to be made I paid and went and sat down to wait for my food. As I waited I ate an amazing chocolate chip cookie until they brought out a sandwich at about 1:09 the sandwich was a grilled chicken which I told them quickly was not what I ordered and the guy quickly apologized gave me that one for free and went and remade me a new one that came out at 1:18 Not a big fan on the wait time but understandable with how busy they were and the customer service was amazing
