Additionally, they add a credit card fee to your bill, which is frustrating since many people pay in cash. The wait times between drinks and food were not worth it. The waitstaff was not attentive at all. My mother-in-law ordered a drink that tasted overwhelmingly like tequila, which was not what she asked for. The food was mediocre at best; the steak on the taco was practically burnt and came with only 2-3 toppings. We will never return to this place. For a taco, a soda, and a Witch's alcoholic drink, we were charged $32.40 plus a $0.90 credit card fee, which is simply outrageous! I do not recommend this restaurant at all!

Every taco I've tried at this restaurant has been exceptional, complemented by a laid-back atmosphere and great drinks. For dinner, the service is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable, typically ranging from $10 to $20 per person. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a solid 5, and the atmosphere also a 5. I highly recommend trying the Bang Bang Shrimp, Mojo Pork, 2 Tacos, Baja Fish, Churro Donuts, and be sure not to miss Taco Tuesday!

Riley, the bartender on Tuesdays, runs an impressive operation! My husband and I are regulars and always try to grab a spot at the bar when she’s working. On our latest visit, we noticed how busy the restaurant was, with a packed bar and Riley efficiently preparing drinks for every table. She politely asked us to wait a moment while she finished making what seemed like 20 drinks at once, but she came back to assist us within just five minutes. As a bartender myself, I’m quite particular about my drinks, but I was extremely pleased with what she made for me! The service was very friendly, and she kept us informed about the busy kitchen, letting us know that our tacos might take some time. Unfortunately, they had run out of the new pork belly taco, but they offered us some chips and guacamole while we waited. I must say, it was the best fresh guacamole we’ve ever tasted, and the salsa was perfectly spiced. The tacos were amazing, as always. I’ll definitely be back every Tuesday, and I hope the bar will be open for us! Fingers crossed that the pork belly will be available next week!

I recently paid a visit to Oz Tacos and Tequila, specifically on Taco Tuesdays. Now, Taco Tuesdays mean $2 tacos, which, on the surface, sounds like a steal. However, my two cents I’d rather visit on a regular day and pay full price. Don’t get me wrong; the tacos were good, but it felt like they were overwhelmed because it was Taco Tuesday, which is understandable. Tacos took too long to come and it came cold. One minor gripe I wished they had a spicier hot sauce. Their sauce options didn’t quite hit the spicy spot, but that’s okay; we can’t all handle the heat! Now, the stars of the show were the Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos and the Baja Fish Taco. Both of these were exceptionally delicious, and I have absolutely no complaints in that department. As for drinks, I tried a margarita that had a delightful twist it came with a cotton candy cloud. You simply pour the margarita over it and watch the cotton candy melt. It added a fun element to the drink and made it a unique experience. All in all, my visit to Oz Tacos and Tequila was quite enjoyable. The tacos, especially the Bang Bang Shrimp and Baja Fish varieties, were a hit. While Taco Tuesdays offer great deals, I think I’ll opt for a regular day next time for the full experience. I was excited to try this new place. So my husband and I decided to stop by on a Wednesday $5 margarita night. The fries we ordered were over seasoned. The queso blanco was too thick, but the SMOKED CAULIFLOWER TOSTADAS were delicious! I ordered the LOBSTER ESQUITES , because they looked chunky, juicy and tasty on their Instagram page, BUT I received a sad taco that looked nothing like the photo. There was barley any lobster in it. It was shredded like. I wish the waiter would have disclosed which margaritas were not part of the promotion, so that was very displeasing to find out at the end. I don’t think I’ll be returning, which is unfortunate, because I am a taco loving person.
