Phat Jack's Bbq - Lincoln

Always looking for a good BBQ place that does not require me on a beautiful date. My ribs were a little dry, but the bride was delicious. They also had three different BBQ sauces, themselves serve style.

Always loved eating, but today I made a mistake to stop at 3 p.m. and order half a plate of ribs. Had to throw them away $17 loss) because they were so dried out and hard I couldn't eat them. Must sit in a warmer for hours. Should you not sell them in this state if you want to retain your customers.

We went through town to eat at the new location and were quite disappointed. The new location is small and rather unladen. Place seemed kind of dirty and not well maintained. Since they were burned out, they settled for pig afteros and spouse had a bigger staff. Biggerstaff had a strange sauce on it that he ripped off. Only not the mood of the old location, nor that of the original in Belmont. Unfortunately, probably won't be back soon.

Pros: The two ladies behind the counter, where super friendly. The Condiment Station is quite well equipped. The meat itself was pretty good, I would also recommend her pimple slices. Cons: You forgot my maize bread. The grill sauce was just fine. I didn't care much for the Mac-N cheese.

Without question, the most flavorful and delicious BBQ in the Omaha and Lincoln area. The burnt tips, sandwiches and brisket baked potato are to die for! Lots of smoke, not too much gristle, and very juicy meat.
