Ramos Pizza Pub - Lincoln

Ramos is a small bar with a restaurant. I had driven hundreds of times without stopping. I ordered pizza and a rib before arrival, so I honestly didn't know what to expect. As soon as I went through the door, I honestly did not expect the food to be great; but to my surprise it was fantastic. The pizza was brilliant and the ribs were the same. To be honest, I liked the pizza much better than most local restaurants and all major chain pizza connections. Stop trying or going. Very recommended!

Pizza was very good at a fair price. The atmosphere is a friendly pub. They were pretty crowded (NU fball game was up) and they had another waitress, the waitress did a great job, but she had to run around to serve everyone.

The pepperoni cream cheese was very good. The combination needed more goodies and less sauce. The dough was very delicious.

I've dined at Ramos twice over the past six years, and both times the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently disappointing. Last night, we waited an astonishing 90 minutes for our order, only to find out at pickup that it had been completely forgotten, despite being clearly in their system. After that, it took another 45 minutes to prepare our pizza (which should take about 15 minutes) and to retrieve our ribs (which had been cooking all day!). I was shocked that the meal wasn't comped. Some things in life are better left to others to manage—boats, pools, and a pie from Ramos.

One of the best pizzas I had! Many different options. A $20 pizza feeds about 3 people. I loved the garlic butter diving sauce. It is a very loud atmosphere and the tables are close together.
