We were in the city of charlotte, nc and decided here with a party of 7. we have eaten in many Brazilian restaurants and have to say that is the worst ever! there was a guy who worked in the kitchen and served that was also quite rude. not good for business. the two stars are for the salatable, because it was good. all flesh were dry, hard and no taste at all. the rude server brought flesh and said it was chicken. to our surprise, they were hearts of chicken. hey! Some server went by without stopping to offer meat. also the toilets were dirty! overall it was terrible! time and money wasted!
Thought this would be a good mid week date night experience. My wife and I had heard about Brazilian steakhouses and we're excited to try it. It did not live up to the hype.Showed up just after 7pm on a Wednesday first mistake. Service was great (at first); they warned us that only 8 meat choices were available since it was so close to closing time. No big deal, we thought we would get our fill and if we liked it, come back next time... Nope. They shut. It. Down. 8pm rolled around and we did not see any server for 20 minutes. Had our fill of the buffet, but for $100 had about 8 oz of steak between the two of us. It wasn't $100 good.Wish we would have had a heads up or last call. If a manager was still in the building by the time we figured out we were finished, I would have voiced my displeasure in person instead. Unfortunately that was not an option either.
Went here for a seminar and the food was free. I really liked the establishment. Staff was amazing. Only issue I had was that alot of the meats were well done. It was like eating a converse shoe.(use your imagination) Didnt know if they had options. 1 top sirloin was medium rare, which was great. Wish they gave us a heads up too when the kitchen was closing. All the sides just vanished without any notice. Needs to be better communication there between customers and staff.
My fiancee and I went here for our anniversary and really enjoyed. We got there just before the brunch buffet closed and dinner one opened so we kind of got a taste from both options. There was some really good scrambled eggs and potatoes on that brunch menu. The pot roast was also amazing!Another notable one that we both really liked was the chicken stroganoff. The chicken with cooked so perfect and it was so soft and just melted in your mouth!I also loved the spicy chicken salad; This was a cold salad but I really really loved it.I think my favorite option for all those items on the salad bar was the Malagueta Pepper Jam! This was just beyond amazing! We tried it with cornbread, the warm Brazilian cheese bread, polenta fries, regular soft bread, beef, chicken... It just went perfectly with everything and amped up the flavor of everything by a lot!Sweet and spicy and just beautiful!I actually didn't pick the meat option for the buffet, and went with only the salad bar and hot appetizers. I definitely got a good full meal in this.My fiancee did go for the meats though and he really was happy with whatever he ate. The parmesan chicken was one of his favorites he said. Everything was cooked just right. There was only one piece of steak that came at the beginning which was very cold which threw off all beef for the rest of the meal so he didn't try any other options. The warm grilled pineapple was also amazing by the way!
