Feedback gevenThis store is one of the worst. I have experienced the decline in customer service quality over the last several years. This store must get rewarded based on how few Venti or Trenta water they hand out. I feel lucky to even get a Grande ice water from staff. I have avoided this store when possible to spare us the hassle with staff. Thought I would give them another try the other day. Once again more bad attitude from staff. Asked for the District Manager and was rudely directed to a business taped on the wall. I left message for the DM, still no response. Tried using chat on the corporate website but since I don't have my email registered with their rewards system the system gave me a boot after connecting with a live person (Nancy K. . I called the phone number for customer service and was connected with an agent in Nicaragua. Well, yet another US company bites the dust.Starbucks provides clean bathrooms but anything else is a waste of time. I will skip coffee unless I can find a Peets.
I visit a lot of Starbucks stores. This location is one of the best I visited lately. Great service, friendly staff who knows the customers personally. Great location!!
I go to a lot of different locations and this one is one of the worst one. I would rather go to Dutch Brothers and I don't like there
My four month pregnant wife and two year old was eating a breakfast sandwich and had this inside of it.. i’ve called and talked to the in-store manager yet to hear anything from Starbucks!!!Anessa and bayardo from corporate Starbucks was very rude and denouncing of the situation and I had a very condescending tone as if it was my fault and followed up with telling my wife to have a wonderful day, knowing it’s been horrible. Thanks to them.very unhappy at the moment will have lawyer reach out
