Feedback gevenThe food was good, but when I told the guy that I prepared my sandwich that I didn't want my sandwich roasted, he didn't believe me and he started to argue with me about it. Whose sandwich was it? mine! did the hired eat it? No! if I say not roasted, I don't mean roasted. Why is that so difficult to understand? Why are they fighting with me? Why do you care? you don't eat it. I'm not going to this place anymore.
The first time I take my children here. I knew it would be interesting to say that at least because they are picky foods. my daughter loved her sandwich, my son, not so much. a really nice fellow worker heard my situation and offered to remake his sandwich as he wanted free. I was thrilled. he was too. they made that sandwich and he ate most of them. the same hired came back and told the children when they eat well, I give them both chocolate chip cookies. the children finished their sandwiches and got cookies. I was so impressed by his friendliness and mercifulness. I'm tired of eating fast, so I'm really glad that my kids had such a wonderful experience in the subway, so we can go back instead of getting the same old boring happy food. Thank you! I wish I knew his name, but hopefully he will see this and be too right to say!
The worst underground experience I had for decades. two sandwiches, which were ordered over the drive thru, came a sandwich only meat and cheese, none of the torf. the second came with wrong hits, and it was made very bad. the cashier and additional workers could not count any change right. when I returned to the load, I was filled with attitude and more inability. I was denied a refund and given two new sandwiches, one of which was also wrong. (I was told that the next day I was refunded over the manager) the manager should call me the next day, and not when I called him, he will be disrespectful and rude because he was insulted that I spoke of a bad experience, all because his daughter was one of the workers, and could not be in his tiny head that this did not change the negative experience, and I had to fight. please use any other subway in the city. and the angry guy this is a moment of teaching for them, regardless of the workers who are their blood or not. company was also contacted.
At least I'll try the o st. location again. in the last three years they have not received my driving-thru order. today the brot was wrong, the cheese was missing, the salat was old, and apparently light mayo means 2 tablespoons worth. I thought the cookies were safe, but I found a hair in the bag that wasn't mine.
I ordered the outlaw 12 sandwich and it was absolutely terrible no meat terrible mabey one ounce all bread total rip off should be outlawed. NEVER AGAIN!
