Feedback gevenWe placed a mobile order and waited till the time it said it would be ready to pick it up. the app said food was ready to pick up. when we arrived they asked who we were picking up for and said they would get started on our order in around 7 minutes. only one person working in the whole restaurant. the employee was helpful and doing a good job but it was just very understaffed. the restaurant also seemed to be rather run down. our food did not have the toppings we requested on the app on the sandwich. the food was good but not what we ordered.
Order taker was made a big order so simple. 5 sandwiches and took it in one go. ??????????
Great location. Convenient for my picky kid when he wants his usual instead of trying a new restaurant in the area or when we were in a rush. Friendly staff, plenty of seating, convenient location.
The food was great as always it’s just it’s hard with the prices nowadays it was 22 bucks just for two subs. I would recommend going here but just know it’s gonna be expensive.
The drink station was disgustingly dirty. Gentleman behind counter with glasses was curt and clearly hating his job, super annoyed with any question we had. (Store was also out of 3 of the items we asked for (this happens and wasn't an issue, just worth noting . Wanted a topping on the side, as not to make the sandwich soggy before getting home. It was put in a small container over flowing, no lid, and when I asked for a lid, the worker was very annoyed. Won't be coming back.
