However, the main reason I wanted to write this review is to highlight our waitress, Donna. She was exceptional, managing not only our table but also 5 or 6 others. She checked on us multiple times during our meal and kept our drinks refilled. In addition to serving and monitoring her assigned tables, she proactively grabbed a tub and began clearing other tables as well. I understand that finding help these days can be difficult, but finding dedicated and hardworking staff like Donna is even rarer. She did an outstanding job and truly deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you, Ticos, for the wonderful food, and a special thanks to Donna for the excellent service!

I visited a friend in Lincoln, and she took us to this restaurant. The service was excellent, and the food and drinks were outstanding. Unfortunately, our friend mentioned that the restaurant would be closing down. I really hope that when I return in October, it will still be open.

Used to come here when I lived in Lincoln. I probably haven’t ate here in 8 years. I have always like Ticos and they did not disappoint. I ordered the Enchilada Torte as I have done many times before. The food tasted as great as it always has. The service was amazing as always. This is one of the predominant stable restaurants in Lincoln. Love this place!

It had been 25 years since I had eaten here. We used to come every Friday night. Its just the same. Still love it.

They will forget food if you do delivery. Happened twice in a row. I'd honestly just avoid the restaurant altogether. The food is mediocre and they'll get your order wrong anyways.
