Feedback gevenI ordered from this Domino's Pizza in downtown Lincoln tonight and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was not listed on Yelp as a business. I placed my order online and everything was delicious! The delivery driver followed my instructions for a no-contact delivery. The chicken Caesar salad was fresh and tasty. I even called ahead to confirm how the salad was made and was pleased to hear that the chicken was cold. I also ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and bacon toppings, as well as boneless bites with honey BBQ dipping sauce. Both items arrived hot and delicious! I have ordered from this location before and have never been disappointed. The restaurant itself is small with limited space, but it is clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it!
We were in a hurry to place our order and the staff at the restaurant were able to quickly take our order. They also informed us about a special promotion available through the restaurant's app and we received our food before the Uber arrived. The service was excellent!
I am disappointed by the unprofessional service I received from the gentleman at this restaurant. In order to avoid receiving a lukewarm pizza, I placed an order 24 hours in advance on 06/05/23 at 11:30 am to be delivered on 06/06/23 at 12:00 pm. However, the pizza arrived almost 30 minutes later than the requested time. When I called to inquire about the delay, the person on the phone showed no empathy or even apologized. He simply stated that they were backed up and he was the only one working. I asked why he didn't inform me of the delay if it was going to be around 30 minutes late. This was supposed to be a scheduled lunch time with my staff, so I suggested delivering it earlier if they were busy at 12:00 pm since they were only 5 or 6 blocks away. However, he said that wasn't an option because he only had one driver and wanted him to take multiple orders at once. This seemed like poor planning to me, especially considering the amount of money I spent. I expected better customer service and communication, especially since I had placed the order a full 24 hours in advance. Overall, this experience was a complete failure. Please be aware that holding an order for other deliveries may result in receiving lukewarm pizza.
Said they were cleaning up 5 mins til midnight yet Google says they are delivering til 1AM
Have yet to get a 'bad ' order from the P street location !! Awesome crew they got there Thanks Domino 's P street team !!!!
