The Laboratory - Lincoln

This restaurant is a lovely spot for enjoying beer and pizza, but the other menu options are also excellent. It is definitely worth visiting for a meal out. The venue is spacious and suitable for any weather.

Cheerful, welcoming, well-informed, intelligent staff that serves a series of noble craftsmen and deceptive, tasty eating in an amazing building made of recycled wood, brick, copper, brass and the general local history filled. What is it?

Excellent eating, beer service! amazing in the sun, eating came super fast and the staff was attentively helpful.

Fantastic spot for pizza and polenta fries (the best we've tried since The Bicycle Thief closed! matched with one of the myriad craft beers available, great casual dinner! Props to the manager for politely enforcing their Lvl2 social distance restrictions.
