Subway - Lincoln City

I would not recommend this restaurant at all. They clearly do not know how to manage time. I placed an order for a sandwich through their app, and they accepted it, saying it was ready when I arrived. However, when I got there, they informed me that they were out of bread. They didn’t even mention my sandwich was ready; instead, they said I could either wait for the bread or settle for flatbread. I shouldn’t have to pay until they have the right bread for my sandwich. I'm really frustrated because their lack of preparation meant I had to leave without lunch.

I’m giving a 5-star review for the employee who worked at 10 AM on August 19th. They are an absolute rockstar when it comes to making sandwiches! The vegetables, meat, and sauce were perfectly balanced. This was by far the best sandwich I’ve ever had at Subway!

We reached the end of our experience at this restaurant, and it was quite disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff struggled to process our payment properly. Overall, we encountered several issues during our visit, which left us feeling frustrated.

Ends up not even ordering something after 20 minutes in harmony with a person before me. there was only one person who worked (not the problem, everywhere is short staff,) but after unloading all their problems in the customers before me, she didn't change her gloves before she started on her online orders, she coughed and touched her face and still not her gloves.

Ive had mixed experiences here. They tend to be understaffed or struggling in one way or another like being out of a lot of product. So far each time the person behind the counter has taken as good of care for us as they can. That means a lot in my book. Treat them with kindness even if its an inconvenience to you. It really is out of their control.
