Feedback gevenI ordered a total of four sandwiches. Three of them were mostly correct, but one was completely wrong. I had requested a spicy Italian sandwich, non-toasted, with specific veggies and sauces, but it arrived toasted and with the wrong bread, veggies, and sauces. It's not a huge issue, but the person I ordered it for wasn't satisfied.
The two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches were almost identical; both were missing bacon (which is in the name). Since they weren't toasted, the chicken ended up rubbery and unappetizing. Moreover, both sandwiches were overloaded with sauce, causing them to fall apart. One of the chicken bacon ranch sandwiches was supposed to have honey mustard, but both contained it and possibly vinegar or something similar, which resulted in a strange taste. While the sandwiches were wrapped well, they were overstuffed, and with the small bread, they spilled everywhere as soon as you unwrapped them.
The sandwich was excellent—perfectly crafted and delightful overall!
The manager shows little regard for her employees. There was only one person handling the entire workload, and they were exhausted. It seems they were even serving expired food. This employee clearly hadn’t received any training. Since 8 o'clock, they have been managing ten customers without taking a single break or lunch. As an outsider, I couldn't believe how poorly this operation is being run under a manager named Ashley.
The sandwich I had was quite good. The place was bustling, but that's not the staff's fault. The rest of the restaurant could use some tidying up, but given how busy the workers were and how much attention the space required, I can only sympathize with them as they try to manage everything. I'm sure it looks better during less busy times.
