Cottage Inn Pizza Lincoln Park

Used to be the place to go for great pizza with steak. Sorry to say that's questionable now. Ordered a pizza with steak and flavored crust and other toppings. It came with no steak. Called back about that. Said they send another. Took 50 minutes, and received only two pieces of steak on medium pizza and crust was underdone without flavors we ordered. We like this place historically and hope this returns to quality pizza place.

I gave 4 star on food , only BECAUSE you guys gave me some hidden valley ranch from a bottle and not your homemade ranch! At least I had some cream cheese dip BUT I bought 2 ranch and didn’t use either because it was strait from a bottle! Very very sad about it ???? bottle ranch is nasty!! I paid extra just ordering from you guys because of the ranch! I coulda ordered from mickeys and got the same ranch for half price of the pizzas too! ?

It seems like they 're not really paying attention. When you pay extra for something you expect to get it , good thing I checked before leaving or I would have been charged for the drizzle I didn 't get . Doesn 't really look like the flavored crust or extra sauce I ordered is there too. Won 't be back especially for that high price.

We weren't going to leave a review based on the fact that our pick up time was 8pm and we didn't get the pizza until 827 because we were apologized to for the wait because they have 2 new people tonight. But after driving the 20 min back home and opening our items we were so dissatisfied. The garlic cheese bread only had cheese on 5 pieces and the ultimate pepperoni pizza with extra cheese only had about 20 pepperoni and bare spots of cheese. It didn't taste good at all. The crust was even not good.

Honestly the best tasting pizza and ranch you’ll get and good pricing only downside is their delivery takes forever or they don’t have drivers but trust me the pizza is worth it your better off doing pick up though I’ve never had bad customer service just long waits
