Dunkin' - Lincoln Park

I've had a few not so great experiences in this place, at Lincoln Park, Boonton Rd. One time I ask for a mocha latte and they did not add sugar, another time it seems they added cold milk, coffee was cold, the last time I ask for a pumpkin spice latte and at the end I specified HOT, but the woman gave me a cold coffee with ice, I don't take iced coffee in the morning, so I told her and she didn't like it and gave me a hot one but she added three or four times the sirup and I couldn't drink it, IT WAS EXTREMELY SWEET. So needless to say I NEVER WENT BACK TO THAT PLACE. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I am never one to post, but this is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in. the ones in Newark have better service. I walk in this morning hoping to get a quick coffee and the line is already seven people deep with two people working so I leave walk across the street and get a coffee from somewhere else come back through and I see one of the two people working in the back parking lot in her car Hanging out. And the line only moved one person. The slowest and worst service ever. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else. Drive an extra five minutes if you really want Duncan because this one is horrible. Bad Service. Took 10 mins to take prder because the boy taking order was not trained properly. Got order wrong, the women working was not listening properly to the order, looks like she was multitasking. Will never go back to this franchise.
