After smoking some bud..aka...tha za... I had a itch... a pizza itch... ...and I while I scratched I found a hidden gem...Don't let the Mederanian thing scare you...this place makes good..no great... pizza..got there late and they accommodated us with a personal pie and it was amazing.. .... Best pizza i had in jersey so far...this place can definitely go up some ny heavy hitters.. the dough is probably the best I ever had from any pizza spot ny or nj.... THE sauce mite be as good as Nona's...Come down to Lincoln park..and hit me on ig...@kstarr242 and have me treat you to fine zaza... and great .... The pizza was good about a year ago but lately I dont know whats going on not enjoying the pizza. The pizza is very thin with very little cheese and sauce. Sibora’s has absolutely some of the best, highest quality pizza I have ever had. Their dough is delicious just as a roll let alone as a pizza base. Their sauce is a beautiful mix of savory, tang, and sweet. They don’t overload every slice with cheese, but by no means do they scrimp. Their specialty pies are something you would be proud to bring home to your parents they are SO good. Their garlic knots are to die for. DON’T EVEN get me started on their pasta! Their alfredo sauce is the best I’ve ever had. It even beats out AA across the street (just don’t tell them I said that). The shrimp scampi is just delectable. Last thing I will say is that their burgers are winners. Not only will their flavor leave you speechless you will might still have leftovers for later!
