Feedback gevenI always order the grab and go mobile order. I sat in front of the store for over 30 minutes in the mobile pickup lane and a young man came and locked the door and never said for me too go thru the drive thru. So now here I sit in the drive thru linefor another 25. I called the store and asked too cancel the order and was hung up on. Plain rude
Was there for over an hour drive thru didn't move place an online order and didn't receive it then went in and ordered with nobody at register waited 20 minutes to talk to someone and still had to wait another 20 minutes for food. Worst tacobell ivever been too!!
This is the new drive thru taco bell and I was very pleased with my service and how fast they were. Awesome
Found this in my food. You would think by this being a new Taco Bell this wouldn't happened smh they don't have a phone number to call other then corporate and they don't open until Monday at 11. WTH is this? Won't be eating Taco Bell anymore. Come Mondaycorporate will be hearing from me.
So apparently they don't cut Quesadillas anymore. The staff at this location seems like your walking into a funeral home, all depressed like they hate work or something. I always place my order over the app and they miss something every time. Plus thislocation doesn't appear to even have a phone number available to get anything replaced when they mess up. That sure isconvenient. Last time I ordered from then my food was so cold it felt like they made it and threw it on some ice. Tacobell hasjust gone down hill over the years. You'd think with this being a new store they'd want a better staff.
