Einsten Bros. Bagels - LINCOLNSHIRE

1 star for the employee who serves you the food and is very polite. 0 stars for the two men at the register ... very unprofessional inappropriate personal conversations and very disrespectful to talk about their stories for minutes on while ignoring the customers (knowing we are standing in line patiently). The business owner should tidy up their service and professionalism before they deter more customers.

The bagels are good and fresh but considering the price, this is the very least that you can expect. What very much surprised me is that the employee is handling the bagels with bare hands while switching back and forth between cash register and fresh baked goods. You decide for yourself if you want to eat at this location or not.

The food is inconsistent. A few weeks ago I had someone buy an Avocado Bagel for me that was delicious with a generous portion of avocado and sesame spread evenly on the bagel. Today, I buy one for myself and they were skimpy on both avocado and sesame seeds. Will not be back.

Cashier is somewhat nice but the girl who is helping to get selection is very rude and not helpful at all. She also refused to slice the bagels.

Great Folks at this restaurant.. I'm a Dasher and it is rare to be treated nicely and with respect by restaurants and these guys did do so.. keep up the good work guys
