Downtown Delights - Lindale

This is of those hometown cooked meals, great service great food. We ordered fried pickles fried mushrooms for appetizer both were great. They have a wide variety along with meals for kids seniors. There was a total of 6 of us we all loved our food.

Not good enough to come back. Sorry. Things were overcooked. Cost more than other good local competitors. We don't recommend it.

No frills, just good old school cooking. Finally- food that wasn’t overloaded with salt! Efficient and polite staff..

The best catfish I've had in a long time. Amazing onion rings. My husband and I shared the meal and took some home! They do not skimp on portions. We didn't eat dessert but the pies looked awesome. Great waitress, great service. Definitely worth a visit.

The location is nice, right in town. The senior portions are huge! We both got the chopped steak wrapped in bacon, brown gravy on the side. You get 2 sides with the senior meals and they had a nice selection! Several pies to choose from, get the buttermilk pie heated with a huge glass of milk! Mikayla was our server and she made our meal fantastic! The other worker ladies in the restaurant were very friendly. Worth a drive from a Longview!
