Mcdonald's - Lindale

Our meal was good and served hot. Can't ask for much more than that, right?

The service at this McDonald's in Mineola is the worst I have ever experienced. I drove all the way there hoping for a good meal, but ended up waiting 20 minutes for my curbside order. When I finally received my food, my bag was empty and there was no one to assist me.

I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. The food took a long time to arrive and was cold, only to discover that my order was incorrect. I was given a cheaper chicken sandwich instead of what I had requested. The burgers were missing mayo and ketchup, and I was accused of asking for extra sauce. The staff ignored the front counter, and the service and dining experience were both terrible.

Rude and can not order correctly I called to ask why the doors are closed, as the sign said 11pm I was not rude after he explained he was short served and I said, okay I’m sorry he said “yes” and hanged on me.

I ordered the hot pancake meal and so they didn't put the syrup or butter, or knife/fork, then I ordered the 6 donut side for a breakfast side and the person said they didn't have them so they said a refund or to get something else that was for the same price as when I ordered the 6 donuts and charged me way over the price that was supposed to pay.
