Very cozy restaurant with very tasty food. Staff very friendly. The food is excellent and the portions are very generous. Always recommended and always happy. Spargelgericht mit Schweineschnitzel und Salzkartoffeln. Ich habe schon lange keinen so leckeren Schnitzel bestellt. Das Servicepersonal war auch fantastisch. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Im "Abel" kann man zum günstigen Preis sehr fein gutbürgerlich essen. Neben wechselnden saisonalen Karten findet man abwechslungsreiche Salate und regionale Speisen. Und natürlich vieles aus der gutbürgerlichen Küche. Im Sommer kann man im angenehmen Biergarten draußen sitzen. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne ins "Abel".

This is a place a little bit outside of Lindau, with a little Biergarten, where they serve regional hearty food. The food is really tasty, the portions are big, and you get a good taste of the Swabian cuisine. Since it is off the beaten track from the usual tourist places, you will find many locals going there, because you get good food for a reasonable price.
