Little Caesars - Lindon

Through the passage, I placed my order and then sat at the window for 23 minutes without any communication from the staff. I could see them in the back, but no one came to the window. Eventually, a girl came to the window, confirmed my order, and took my payment, but offered no explanation for the long wait. I politely asked why it took so long, trying to be understanding since they seemed stressed. She responded curtly and seemed annoyed, saying they were understaffed. While I understand that staffing can be an issue, it would have taken less than 10 seconds for someone to come to the window and explain the situation. Similarly, it wouldn't have been difficult to provide an estimated wait time when I first placed my order. Unfortunately, none of that happened, and not even a half-hearted apology was offered.

The restaurant near my house specializes in deep-dish pizza. I decided to stop by and grab some food. The staff was friendly, and my pizza was ready without any wait, although it was a bit messy.

This restaurant was really disappointing for a long time, so I stopped going and would drive several miles to eat somewhere else. However, in the last few months, they've made significant improvements. When they see you, they greet you warmly, and others seem to work well together. The staff often appear happy and genuinely try their best, which is all you can ask for, especially when you're paying six dollars for a pizza.

I never write reviews, but needed to write one for this place! The pizza is good when done right, but this time I ran into a slight problem, first they mixed our pizzas so we got the wrong pizza. Not too bad, easy to repair, and not too upset about it. Second, an ame crawling from the pizza box when I realized that the pizza was wrong. Disgusting! So I called this place four times to find a solution for it before I wrote a review. Win four strikes, you usually get three!!

After parking and unloading children I see a sign hanging on the door saying drive-thru only. So I load the children back up and drive around to the drive through, 15 minutes later (unfortunately I was unable to exit the line) I find myself saying hello to a speaker with no response. Someone finally gets around to responding with everything is at least a 45 min wait. It only takes an hour to get a hot n ready pizza from this location.??
