Pantry Shelf - Lindsay

We decided to visit this restaurant based on a recommendation. It was evident that most of the people inside were locals, which we took as a positive sign. We both opted for the daily special.

The restaurant offers the most delicious homemade apple and strawberry/rhubarb pies you will ever taste.

Everything is fresh. The food is simple but tasty - dependable lunch of home made soups and sandwiches. Affordable too.

This is our favourite place to have lunch when spending the day shopping in downtown Lindsay. The pastries, breads and soups are all made on the premises and are delicious. The service is friendly and quick.

If you are looking for everything to be healthy, made to order-fresh, while supporting local...this is the place to go. We always take my mother-in-law here for brunch when she comes, and she has started requesting always going here because it is never disappointing. Only thing is you will want to check the hours before you go. This is more of a breakfast to late brunch place. You can also buy local goods/treats here that are AMAZING!
