Had most amazing experience at this store staff was super helpful and friendly. Cashier Kauda was amazing Would totally recommend this store

Thighs beat KFC Size: 3 times larger. KFC has lost my business to Popeyes. Too bad, KFC customer for 50 years. KFC changed. Popeyes wins. Communication at drive-thru needs comprehensive listening skills in Lindsay branch. Thighs not fries. Frustrating.

Visited this location about a dozen times. Food has always been top notch. Portions good (sometimes a li 'l extra) and always properly served, no missing items. Staff friendly and respond in kind to being treated with respect. Manager offered me a special no longer listed last time, made my day. Young lady working tonight said she was 'kinda new ' but served me like a seasoned veteran. I watched and she didn 't miss a beat. Worth the drive to the west end.

The food was awesome! Spicy, crispy, delicious!!! The customer service was even better!! Shout out to the guy working to ight. He made my sons birthday supper!!

Probably one of the most positive customer-oriented fast food locations I've ever seen. A few months back we were here in the passage. It took a little longer, but this is often the case with chickens. When we got into the window, they excused us all free drinks. We ordered a few weeks back over the dishes. We had a big order of over $70 for our family of 5. The order that arrived was a single little meal. We spoke to the driver to advise the order. had to go through Skip the Dishes, who had no other offer, but cancel the order and reorder another. With 3 hungry young children who were not an option and Skip the Dishes would not offer any other solution. The driver let the Popeyes know, and 20 min later there was a knock at our door with the original full $70 order (cooked only) brought us no fee. Mistake. It's how you treat her and this place is good.
