Despite this, the food itself is delicious with consistent flavors in their chicken, palabok, halo-halo, and other dishes. Unfortunately, the service can suffer during peak hours, leading to messy tables, confusion with orders, and noise from the kitchen. The biggest issue is the unsanitary restroom, with unpleasant odors and clogged sinks. Overall, Mang Inasal Lingayen is a decent restaurant but could benefit from better service and cleanliness standards. Customers are advised to "Clean As You Go" (CLAYGO) and consider recreating the flavors at home, as the recipes are not a secret and can be easily replicated. This can save you money while enjoying the same flavors in the comfort of your own home.
Someone please explain to me why i was left in a que waiting to order for 15 minutes while 20 Inasal employees were performing a choreographed dance routine out the front of the restaurant. When i say que im lying there is no queuing system. Four people jumped in font of me and were served first by the one checkout girl. This hurts no one but Inasal. I ended up loosing my temper and ate at Mc Donalds. I probably wont eat at Inasal ever again.

Service crews are clumsy, rude and sarcastic. Cashier tricks customers that no PM1 meal is available so that customers will order PM2. Serves cold sad PM2. Very slow responses to assistance requests. Very chaotic branch. Manager does not care about customer escalations. Worst MI branch
