The Hare Hounds - Lingfield

This is a great place for foodies to eat. Dining room to the back has been recently renovated and looks very smart. Great food and really friendly yet professional service.

Although serving some pub classics, definitely beyond the average gastro pubs. Some fabulous taste combinations, executed with French flair. Quirky and comfortable, but tends to be quiet during the week. My favourite pub-restaurant in the area. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had Sunday lunch here last week and both enjoyed the mains which were the belly pork and the corn fed chicken, both excellent. Also had a sweet each which were heavenly. Will definately be returning in the future.

I have eaten at the restaurant several times now both for lunch and dinner. It is always amazing food, weather its the individual servings of freshly made bread sticks and dips, through to their amazing choc foundant desserts. A small and quirky venue that delivers everytime.
