Feedback gevenSuper cool that Panera has started hiring the illiterate. They deserve work just like everyone else. Sure, they can’t fulfill orders accurately to save their lives, but golly, they’re trying. Want sauce on the side? Forget about it. Actual chicken on your CHICKEN pepperoni baguette? Sorry, now it’s just a pepperoni baguette. They charge the right amount so I guess counting is still a requirement, but you gotta start somewhere!
To management 6:30am, 9/15/2023Terrible service this is the first Panera Bread that I have encountered where the service was terrible!!! I used the kiosk to order my coffee, no cups available at the kiosk, saw that the female was slicing bread behind the counter, went to the service prep area to ask for a cup to fill coffee, staff said they can 't and I 'll have to wait, at the counter, went back to the counter the female was still slicing, she saw me and told me to wait rudely!!!Management, what is the point of a kiosk if we still have to wait in line for someone to provide us with a cup so we can fill our coffee. Also better training for staff too, she could have said I 'm sorry, I 'll be right with you instead of being rude and annoying.
New Panera! So new the road around it isn't even finished, and there are no other businesses in this tract of land. I ordered two soups to go. The autumn squash and the French onion. The autumn squash was so good! The French onion was also delicious BUT I paid extra for cheese and I requested extra croutons. What do I get? No cheese, and no croutons. I'll double-check contents next time. Lesson learned.
Excellent and clean environment coupled with good delicious food makes for a fantastic meal!
Riley and her team made it right and went over and beyond on a wrong order, and quickly at that. It was very much appreciated! Our family will absolutely continue to have our meals at this location with that level of customer service.
