Always great food. Ordering over the phone can sometimes be a challenge, due to new employees. This place has been a go to for many years. I prefer to order on site, and take out.

Food is always great, well worth the wait. The staff is so friendly. Love going here!!!

I tried Romanelli's for the first time today after hearing a patient at work rave about it. I got the Spring Mix special; it was one of the best salads I've ever had! The ingredients were fresh, the flavor was incredible, and I loved how they even chopped/tossed it for me. Will definitely be returning here!

I tried to place a catering order for my company party at Nego!, but had a bad experience. The first time I was promised a call back, but never heard back. The second time, I spoke to Maddy who attempted to call me back. When I mentioned that this was my second attempt, she rudely dismissed me, saying she was too busy to call back later. Needless to say, I decided not to place an order with them. I don't mind waiting, but I won't tolerate rudeness. It's a shame when a business doesn't value good customer service.
