I usually order Chami here, but my wife was craving lomi that day, so I decided to try their special lomi. Unfortunately, my wife found the lomi to be bland, so we had to add a lot of soy sauce and calamansi for flavor. She suspected that the food may not have met expectations that day due to the high volume of customers. It's possible that the recipe was altered or we received a bad batch, but overall, our experience was disappointing.
The restaurant is clean and offers affordable prices for their food. It's a great place to visit in Lipa City. It's easily accessible, just a short tricycle ride from SM Lipa. My favorite dish is the crispy lechon with rice.
This Lomi in the Philippines is unlike the traditional version, but it shares similarities with the thick and gooey Lomi found in Singapore.
I was told by my colleagues that this was one of the best Lomi Haus in Lipa. So I went there about an hour and half ago but alas to my disbelief I was there for 45 minutes waiting for Lechon Lomi and miki bihon to arrive but non came... The only time I was able to discern that I was not getting my order is when the table beside (who cane in 30 minutes later) me was getting my orders. I tried not to make a scene but the waitress apologize and told me she gave the order to another table.. I politely asked for a refund and went away hungry and frustrated..
Liam's opens early (7am) and has plenty of seating. It's clean, all fans work, the service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. They are famous for their Lechon Lomi, but all of their food is good.
