The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf Lipa

Simple, yet elegant is what I describe this shop located at Outlets in Lipa. Service is great and the products are delicious. A cozy place to meet and greet people.

Very comfy place with great drinks specifically their cocoa and matcha. Great food too! Their berry white chocolate cheesecake is a knockout! The place is wide with enough chairs and tables for their customers. The people are very enthusiastic too. It's okay to treat yourself once in a while. Deserved mo yan, after a hard work. It's also the best quiet time with you and GOD

Good place to chill with friends and family. The baristas are all friendly and accommodating to our needs. The only minus points I can say in this branch is that in my every visit, they always don't have whipped cream. Kinda sad paying the same price for an ice blended mocha w/o whipped cream.
