What an incredible place! We came specifically for the Cedar Chair but were thrilled to have stumbled upon this bakery. Every sweet treat was delicious. I tried the Pina Colada scone, and it paired perfectly with my coffee. Food: 5/5
Absolutely fantastic experience! The food is outstanding. Just go and discover it for yourself; it's located near the "Giant rocking chair." As for vegetarian options, they truly want you to have a great time!
Fantastic cinnamon rolls and the spinach and cheese breakfast pastry was delicious. Their cookies for graduation are amazing. Worth the drive!! The decorations are precious.Kid-friendliness: Cute kid sized tables with puzzles.
Absolutely a hidden gem! While driving from Dallas to Hill Country and searching for a place to stop for breakfast, I stumbled upon this little spot next to a couple of others along the road. Stopping here was the best decision I could have made. The bakery is part of a small complex that also includes a barbecue restaurant and an antique furniture store, all operated by the same family. The food at the bakery was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Their waffles were especially fluffy! We also decided to check out the furniture store, which was a story on its own. It features all homemade wooden furniture crafted by the owner, including the largest rocking chair recognized by the Guinness World Records. The owners are the kindest and most welcoming people you could meet. My only regret is that since it was so early, I couldn't try their barbecue. I’ll definitely make it a goal to return and sample it the next time I'm in the area.
