Feedback gevenActually my favorite hotel!...we stayed in this hotel for the 3rd time from May 7th to May 12th, 2021. Because we have been very happy with everything so far and felt very comfortable there. Especially since our first trip there together left us with something to remember. The ambience, the service in the restaurant, everything was wonderful except for the moment when damage to the hotel actually occurs, which should be satisfactorily resolved by the management of the hotel. My favorite bikini was still in the basket wrapped in a towel and was accidentally removed by room service. So out of the 5 days I couldn't go to the swimming pool for 2 of them. I had to tell them several times that it wasn't my fault, but that it was done by the staff. It was only the day before departure that I was informed that they were looking for it in the laundry. On the day of departure he still hadn't been found and I was made to feel like I wasn't telling the truth. When I found it, they wanted to send the bikini home. As compensation we were given a pack of Gottlieber. My Bekini was found and now I should tell you again the brand and everything as I had already described it... When the bikini arrived it was completely bent and the color was no longer so bright. The manager of the house offered to pay for a new bikini for me. I should send the invoice! I found it beyond embarrassing! A voucher for a new visit with the possibility of an offer would have been appropriate for me. This would have helped the hotel and us. Unfortunately, it was not like that! The whole behavior took away my desire to come back! We will now look for an equivalent hotel. What a shame!!!! Almost 3 years have now passed! I accidentally discovered my review and observed it myself, I am still disappointed and angry with the hotel's service in this precarious matter! So far I haven't found a bikini that matches the one I damaged! Unfortunately, the hotel didn't even consider it necessary to respond to my review and simply left it alone.
I was able to experience a pleasant and relaxing stay with you from February 28th, 2024 to March 3rd, 2024. I had very high expectations because I had already been told a lot of good things. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with everything as I expected. Unfortunately, the restaurant's service was very disappointing; we sometimes had to wait 15-20 minutes for the next course. However, when we had Rahel Zimmerli as a server on some days, everything went perfectly and as expected. Rahel was always attentive and extremely friendly. It alone would get 6 out of 5 stars from me! The wellness area was very nice. 5/5 stars. Unfortunately, when we received our first massage it wasn't as relaxing as expected. The masseuse wasn't particularly attentive and didn't ask whether the pressure was right or whether you were feeling well. Unfortunately, it's a shame. The massage on Saturday with Veronika Patkone was better, very attentive, friendly and courteous. This was one of the best massages I have ever received. The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was extremely pleasant and comfortable. However, we noticed one defect that wasn't so great. You couldn't close the patio door completely while you wanted to go out to smoke. As a result, cigarette smoke sometimes came into the room, but you had to ventilate well afterwards so that this smell didn't stay in the room. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and relaxing!
A very nice hotel. Great view. The staff is always very friendly. Nice bar, large and very good restaurant. There is a wellness sauna facility that is first class. Several saunas and relaxation rooms, a beautiful outdoor area, large pool, massage services, fitness room. Highly recommended, even for a short stay.
Wir waren 2 mal im Monat, um hier zu essen, einmal am Sonntagsbrunch und das zweite Mal gestern am Neujahrstag. beide Vorspeisenbüfette waren gut, aber die Hauptgerichte waren unzureichend. die Lebensmittel standen ab, vor allem der Fisch. und nach beiden habe ich viel Schmerz mit starken Blähungen gegessen. für diese Qualität ist der Preis auch zu hoch. Ich werde nie mehr in dieses Restaurant gehen.

Ich werde nie mehr in dieses Restaurant gehen.
