Chimarrão Parque das Nações - Lisboa

The food was good but what really stood out was the service by Gabriel. Served us with a smile and made sure that all our needs were attended too.

The service and attitude from the manager was very bad. He was extremely rude, even when it came to small things such as asking for more water or a coffee. The meat also took an extremely long time to come, and by the time it came our side e.g. rice or chips was already cold. There also wasn't a wide variety of meats, and it was either over or undercooked. On the other hand the vibe from the customers was nice and there were some nice waiters, but overall we will not be returning.

We had a late lunch here after a trip to the Oceanarium. There was a live singer in on this Saturday (don't know if that's a usual thing or not) he was a bit loud and not fantastic, but did create a lively atmosphere. We're not experts on the meat served but thought it was delicious. My husband had the seafood basket too...he really enjoyed it. The hot buffet wasn't amazing but it did the job I suppose. We also enjoyed the baked pineapple. It was absolutely lovely. The sweet trolley looked amazing but came at an extra cost which we hadn't realised wasn't included. Still the chocolate cake was great! All in all it was a good experience and we'll probably eat here again when we go back to Lisbon.
