Panda Cantina - Lisboa

That was a home-cooked meal made by your mother with love. Warms you right up. I don't even eat tofu. I thought it was a tasteless vegetable (no idea what tofu is) but oh my god their tofu on the side, is so tasty and crispy. As I write this review, I'm still craving it all badly. The amount of flavours and spices in the soup was so flavoursome, that I didn't even need extra spice. it was so delicious. my order was pork. really worth the wait and is great value. My first ever Ramen and it was so perfect. I didn't get panda chopstick holders which was a little sad. They also forgot to give me my blueberry mochi, I forgot about it too because I was so happy in the moment. but I was able to get it the next day without a problem. Lovely staff chef. They're so sweet and the chefs are so talented. Great customer service, they work well under pressure, it was so busy. Make sure you put your name on the waitlist in the morning so you can have dinner at a decent time. I got in there 30 minutes before closing because we didn't know about the list system. We were lucky to be seated, I just wish we hadn't eaten so late.

Good restaurant, but with waiting time. Spicy level 1-5 to choose, whereas 1 is european spicy in my opinion. Standard 0,5 may be too hot for some though. Veggy option with tofu available!

This was a delightful surprise, after several days of the variety of Portuguese food we decided to try something else in Lisbon. What a hidden gem! we loved their ramen. There are five different levels of spice, enough for everyone to try:

Espaço bastante pequeno e acolhedor. Convém chegar com antecedência porque costuma encher. Ramen bom de qualidade comparativamente a outros ramen da cidade mas a ementa é reduzida. Boa relação preço qualidade.

Fomos a medo porque muitos restaurantes baixaram a qualidade e já não são aquilo de que nos lembrávamos. Fiquei muito feliz mesmo por não ser o caso do Panda Cantina! Continua excelente e acho que nunca me senti tão segura num restaurante em tempos de pandemia. Apesar de ser pequeno cumprem todas as medidas, além de que foi o único sítio que fui até agora que desinfectou o multibanco à nossa frente. A comida continua excelente, o preço subiu um pouco mas nada de especial e tenho impressão que a dose pode ter aumentado também mas não tenho a certeza. Resumindo: tudo muito bem!
