Restaurante Valbom - Lisboa

Went there last night. Overall very good pizza and incredible service, would definitely recommend to someone looking for a pretty authentic Italian style pizza, with a relaxed atmosphere. Although the food was very good my girlfriend and I both agreed that the food was a bit overpriced for what you are getting. Upon arrival we asked about a fork coupon and they said they didn’t have any available anymore (they only offer 10 per night) however we decided to eat here anyway and our waiter was very generous and ended up giving us a 30% discount anyways. Because of this we ended up ordering an appetizer, it was very yummy and filling, which we weren’t expecting. we ordered one pizza to share and they even split it in half for us, as you can see in the photos, and the thin crust, crispy, and light pizza definitely hit the spot.(we had the Luzzo pizza) Overall good food, maybe a bit overpriced, but phenomenal service that would definitely persuade me to return in the near future.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Loved the sardine pizza and the seafood risotto.

The food while fairly tasty was definitely overpriced for the portion sizes. I ordered a spaghetti with shrimp but it arrived in a plate that I normally use to feed my 5 year old kid. For €16/ , it was definitely not worth it! I had to order a starter of bruschetta after the main course as I was still hungry. Thankfully, this was helpful to satiate my hunger. The wine serving was also quite meagre. Although the food did not taste bad, I won’t be eating here again given the number of competing Italian restaurants in the area.

Very nice little restaurant. Friendly staff and the portions are ample.
