Sam's Italian Foods - Lisbon Falls

We live close by its perfect place to get a quick little dinner. The first time we ordered there, I showed up during the pick up time and they haven’t even started my order just completely forgot. Ordered again today, they made my wife’s sandwich but forgot to make my calzone. Truly don’t know how it happens. We love the food it’s delicious just slacking lately is all. (My wife’s sandwich had one slice of turkey)

Food is still great. Customer service is still great. The price of a Italian now though?! Say whaaatttt??!! ? Parking: Plenty of parking in the large, free, on sight parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

If there was a button for zero stars thats what i would give this place tonight. My husband called to ask a question about the large one topping pizza for $10 if we could just do half of a topping on one side and the lady was very rude and I asked a question and she hung up on my husband. Then I called back and she was being rude again then charged us $16 instead of the $10 for pizza, worst service ever . And our pizza is burnt ??‍

I asked how big a large sub is and she said she didn't know. I asked how big the sub is in the picture and she said she didn't know. Music sucks.

Food is good here and the environment is relaxing. They have music playing while you eat. Not much wait time on your food. They also let you use more than one coupon at a time.
