Pizza Hut - Lisburn

My family went to this restaurant this afternoon at 4:30pm and had some pizza. The service was a bit slow, but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were seated promptly and our order was taken quickly. We like Pizza Hut, but we were disappointed to see that there were few customers in the restaurant. Hopefully it's not another restaurant facing closure soon.

I have been living in Spain for 9 years and decided to go to Pizza Hut tonight. I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the food. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young girl who seated us. We placed our order and had to wait 20 minutes for our food, which is understandable. However, when our starter arrived, there were no plates to eat it with and no one checked on us to see if everything was okay. When the pizza arrived, it was oily and hard, leading me to only eat half of it. I eventually had to go up to the bar to ask for the bill, as the staff were distracted by laughing and joking. The bill came to £23, which I felt was a rip off.

I haven't been to Pizza Hut in several years and I definitely wouldn't hurry back! We arrived at 12:05, just 5 minutes after opening, and had to wait 20 minutes for the buffet lunch pizza to come out. The choices were not great. There was only one waiter who remained in the background the whole time, and when we finally got our pizza, I had to ask for salt and pepper as there was none on the table. Another couple who came in also had to ask for salt and pepper. The staff seemed poorly trained. I was surprised at the price, which was over £22 with 2 soft drinks and 2 ice creams. The only people who would benefit from this deal are those who can eat and drink a lot. The pizza was not very exciting in terms of flavors. When I asked if they had chili oil, I was told no, but they had chili flakes.

My better half and I attended on a Saturday night. The restaurant was not busy but there were only 2 staff on the floor. We waited for 24 mins before our order was taken. We then waited another 22 minutes on the food which was average at best. Instead of staying for dessert we went to cafe vanilla. Says it all really.

The staff are great but the food except for the cookie dough is decidedly average. The pizza is mediocre but the other options on the menu are worse. I also think £15 for a pizza is way over the top so not great value.
