Feedback gevenThis chain used to offer very large portions of French food nothing like haute cuisine or innovative creativity, but real food and made a specialism, as the name implies, of doing things with potatoes. Sadly, it has Americanised its menu, which comes on fun paper place settings, and is mostly fried stuff and bought in sauces. There are still some old style potato centred dishes but they were unavailable for the last hour of lunchtime, which indicates how much they've been reduced as mainstays of the restaurant. We arrived at 2pm (they close at 3) and were told yes we could be served but would we please hurry up and decide what we wanted, by a manager who then hovered over us while we chose quickly but under this unnecessary duress. Adding insult to inyourface, we then watched other people stroll in long after us to be treated rather better and certainly we could see that for other tables there was a young waitress who was diligent yet friendly throughout. Nevertheless, portions are generous and the young family member among us pronounced the veggie burger the best she had ever eaten. So that's something worth knowing and in the restaurant's favour. Charmless service, though, detracts from the pleasure of eating, however good some parts of the food might be.
The food was very good . The service was super fast as the food also arrived super fast. We even left a tip.
Very good reception.Very little waiting, nice servicers. The dishes are hearty and cheap. However it is not terrible. It is not very refined dishes badly balanced. The tastes are absent charcuterie no gout, but good c normal seen the price.I order you to eat quickly and cheap .cela is good for small scholarships or large family .
Arrived at 8:30 pm we were greeted by a bulldog who refuses to install us pretexting that we are eight. (great parents, parents and little children) despite the fact that he says we are not in a hurry he tells us to go and see elsewhere and that he has nothing to do... after exchange with friends it turns out that it is a habit of this establishment. many lilois have black - listed and its reputation is no longer to make damaging the concept is nice (I had eaten in coupled 2 months plutot)What makes the franchisor keep this kind of manager who is killing his image. so much better for other restaurants of the isle Jourdain
We have been going to the pottery for some years so the dishes for us are not a discovery it is good the potatoes they are very good and the charcuterie not bad the desserts are super good and the cocktails the same. level service servers are high-end we have had business with 4 different servers I think there is a lack of training on the customer reception and a lack of communication between the server I think we will not return to this restaurant and will choose another pataterie if we want to go.
