When I ordered gluten-free (gf), I was asked if I had celiac disease. When I confirmed, the employee washed his hands before putting on gloves. There is only one worker who prepares the entire gluten-free meal, unlike for non-gf orders. They offer gluten-free options for fries, wings, sandwiches, and a dedicated sandwich press. Almost all items on the menu, except for three, are gluten-free.
