Bubbling Billy Cafe - Lismore

This cafe offers a great selection of coffee and light snacks at a reasonable price. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The cafe is tucked away in an alley near the ANZ Bank. The service is quick and friendly.

Bubbling Billy serves the most delicious ice chocolate (and possibly ice cream coffee) in town. The milkshake container is filled to the brim with extra milk, giving you more for your money when poured into your tall glass of ice cream and cream. Pair it with a tasty grilled sandwich, and it becomes my go-to meal. The restaurant is charming and peaceful, with parking available right outside the door.

Bubbling Billy is a hidden gem tucked away on a street in Lismore. If you manage to discover it, you will be rewarded with delicious food and exceptional service.

I visited a friend and she took me for lunch, knowing I would appreciate the English tea cups etc. We had vegetarian (spindle cake and spinach and pumpkin quiche) and a pot of chai tea. I took a photo of the teapot and left the photos on the screen. Very inexpensive and great food and Chai.

I went here and bought 2 Billy Burgers, the meat was sliced meatloaf or something like that and tasted terrible, Its not cooked like a normal burger, they cooked the bacon, egg and slice of meatloaf in a pan and then assemble it and press...it in a sandwhich press, it was easily the worst burger we 've eaten in a long time. Not sure about the rest of their food but I 'd give the burgers a miss.
