Miss Lizzies Cafe Restaurant - Lismore

We were recommended Miss Lizzies and we were not disappointed. The menu may not be extensive, but it offers unique choices. I tried the paella and it was delicious. The service was excellent, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the open fire was a nice touch on a cold, windy day in Lismore. Overall, we were very satisfied with all aspects of this restaurant.

I tried the zarzuela, a seafood broth, while my wife ordered the lamb skewers and patatas brava (a Spanish dish) with a side of piadina. She thought her meal was okay. The service was polite and not intrusive.

The best at this coffee shop/restaurant is the outside seats. we asked about the dinner menu and were impressed by the choice available many international dishes and ordered gnocchi, a prawn dish and a pizza for a child, but were really disappointed by these.

Friendly service, beautiful ambiente and beautiful coffee. the buffalo mozzarella baguette was however very fat and makes the roasted baguette soggy and drips with oil

The food was disgusting ordered the lamb which was more like old hogget,fatty and no meat greasy We complained and they came back with we tell the chef but he doesn’t care or do anything about it.so obviously the chef has no respect for food...or what he serves to his customers ,Beware it looks fancy in their but the food has a lot to be desired for the amount of money they ask for their cheap food that’s served ..On the other hand the waitress were wonderful and great service ,Feel ripped of Miss Lizzies never again
