Taste @ 8 - Lismore

Taste 8 has opened a new location in South Lismore, serving up the freshest and most delicious food! It is the perfect stop for sandwiches, burgers, cakes, quiches, and other sweet treats. Everything is homemade and offers great value. It is the ideal spot for travelers passing through Lismore or for those looking to grab a quick lunch during their break.

We visited the restaurant again at noon, this time trying the Risotto and Speck Risole with salad. The Risole lacked flavor, but the salad was delicious. It had been a few months since our last visit, and while it was pleasant before, we felt that the quality has since declined.

Friendly staff, good food, great coffee. Service is very fast. Our favorite place in Lismore. Nuf said.

Visited for lunch as we have previously, however on this occasion had a risotto and bacon rissole with salad. Rissole had no flavour and the salad had a musty taste to it. It has been some months since we were last there and it was very enjoyable, but now I think the standard has dropped.
