I am giving this restaurant one star for its service. They did not provide straws with our drinks and there were no napkins available. The straws were kept behind glass and we had to ask for them. We also had to ask for condiments like lettuce and tomatoes for one of our burgers, and they ended up giving us the ingredients in a bag. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and oversight with our order will prevent us from returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

The bags for the fries are never full, and it takes so long to get your order anymore

The sweet potato fries were nice and warm, but unfortunately, when I asked for a Mama burger without the bun, I expected just the patty and nothing else. Both burgers could have been juicier as they were a bit too dry.

I like A&W, but the one in Listowel On, not so much. I ordered a poutine as they had no onion rings. I get it, sometimes you run out. The gravy in the poutine was like water, which of course made the fries mush and it was not even close to hot. I think I will skip this franchise and stick to the one in Chatham as it almost never fails to deliver a good meal.
