Feedback gevenThe restaurant staff need to work on their manners and communication skills. Despite the lack of respect for Canadian culture, the biggest issue was that my orders were wrong on two separate occasions. It would be great if the restaurant could hire staff who can communicate effectively. The service for take-out breakfast was rated 1 out of 5.
The taste is similar to any other McDonald's, but their biggest issue is consistently getting my order wrong. The food is rated 3 out of 5, service 2 out of 5, and atmosphere 5 out of 5.
I always like the coffee here! Today customer service was exceptional..the young man at the counter seemed to truly love his job! Keep it up Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10
Friendly, but very slow. The amount of money I've donated to this massive corporation due to missed items on mobile orders is insane, and the hoops required to jump through to get that money back are also crazy. Service: Take out
Drove up to McDonald's wanted a hot caramel latte. I was told that a machine is broken. This was the second McDonald to tell me the latte machine was down. I tried to use the drive-through and found the no one was working the speaker I dove up the window 1 to order The person taking care of the drive-through didn't want to answer anybody that was out there. It was pretty sad, so I left without buying anything and went to Tim Hortons for my latte.
