Mcdonald's - LITCHFIELD PARK

We ordered with the app and selected the parking number. I waited for 10 minutes and decided to go and check my order. they didn't even begin and I was the only one in the restaurant. the. manager saw me and fled back and didn't want to talk to me. I didn't want to be a good one, but if no one in the driveway is through, and their only one there would think they would work their order. nope, order after 18 minutes completed. the manager refused to talk to me and tackle the problem. I guess that's the last time I use the app.

I waited 30 minutes for my Uber order which had been in progress since I arrived. Other customers walked in and had to use the kiosks to get their order taken. There are 5 employees working but only focusing on the drive through orders. There were customers who were even here before I arrived and are still waiting for their orders. I will never come here at night again. This shift is the worst. I don't understand how you can be this slow.

This McDonald's located on Litchfield road is the absolute worst one you can go to. They take forever,they have no good customer service. Honestly it should be closed down if they are not going to do their job right. This is the third time I have went and left cause no one helps you. There were multiple people waiting and the people that got helped they have been waiting 20 minutes and they still Had to wait and their orders were still messed up honestly that's really sad if you think about it. If I would've known it was going to be a long wait I would've waited at a better restaurant. If you want McDonald's to go fast I recommend the one on Dysart they know what they are doing.

I stopped at the McDonald's off Litchfield Rd about 11:25 pm Saturday April 9, 2022.I ordered the 4a a crispy chicken sandwich with mayo and cheese only. After I left the drive though I pulled over to eat. When I opened the bag the wrapper said Spicy Crispy Chicken. When I took a bite it was spicy, greasy, dried out and cold. I threw the sandwich out. I don't plan on eating there again.What a waste of $5.23.

You spend almost $20 on a meal, and they can't get your order right? Don't order anything special because they'll give you the complete opposite!!
