Times Square has been on my list for a while after hearing quite a few recommendations from people so we decided to check it out. Located in a shared shopping center with fry?s, Ace Hardware and quite a few others parking can be an issue. We parked a bit from the restaurant to makes for an easy exit when we were done. When we walked inside there?s a sign to wait to be seated. You can walk around the corner though and sit at the bar if you wanted a drink or appetizer. It smelled amazing inside and with the amount of people coming and going I was confident it would be delicious. We were greeted instantly and seated at one of their booths. Our waitress was finishing up a table so another gentleman took our drink order. Once our waitress was done she came over with a smile and took our appetizer of crab cakes to get started. While we waited I couldn?t help but look at all the other meals coming out including some yummy looking salads and pizzas. The crab cake came out pretty quickly with a side of pesto mayo, some lemon slices and atop some lettuce. Id never had a crab cake before. The portions were large for the two of us. The cakes were crispy, flavorful and even better with the added pesto mayo. Their menu is huge so if you have anxiety of that sort of thing I recommend looking at home to get an idea of what you?d like. It took us quite a bit of time just to decide because everything sounded so delicious. I had come thinking I?d get a pizza, but the pasta choices were so awesome I quickly changed my mind. I finally decided on the Linguini Principessa which is shrimp and chopped clams in a garlic cream sauce. My husband chose Pasta Giovanni which includes sausage, chicken and mushrooms sautéed in tomato cream demiglaze sauce with garlic and red pepper and tossed with penne pasta. My mouth was watering just thinking about it. When everything came out shortly after I was so pleased with not only presentation, but you could tell how fresh it was, sauce was perfect and mine was full of shrimp and clam yum! Noodles were perfect and the garlic bread that came with our meals was baked to perfection. My husband who can be a tougher critic at times loved his pasta and didn?t even need to season it at all. That is a huge deal. We stuffed ourselves silly and again my husband who never does took the remainder of his meal home. After giving our meal some time to rest while we talked we decided to share a strawberry cheesecake for dessert. It was heaven! Most cheesecakes taste thick and heavy, overly sweet etc but this was so dang good. It was light, strawberries a good topping and the perfect amount of sweet to share. We?re already planning our next visit. I should add they also serve breakfast everyday of the week; I was surprised too. It is not all day breakfasts so check times before heading over. They have multiple locations if Litchfield Park
DELICIOUS Pizza and garlic sticks! Crust was perfect, sauce had the hint of a special ingredient and was yummy. Good balance of cheese and toppings. Garlic sticks are so good, we ordered two orders. Tiramisu has a creamy texture, but lacks in flavor.
I just love this place! I usually order the pasta giovanni it?s consistently awesome. drinks are too expensive, but order the prucetta? it? killer. service is good, but go early bcs it packs fast.
After the arrival we sat at our table for 20 minutes. two waitresses worked, neither waitress approached us or with eye contact. two other parties we were sitting were given coffee immediately. still we waited. At last at 20 minutes a waitress arrived, no excuses for our waiting. eating is not on rude silence/eye contacts and ridiculous service. not back!
We had a party of 10 and could not say wonderful dinge about manager bonnie! our food was extraordinary! the pizza, pasta, ice cold beer. we all agree that we are all back. our service was amazing. I was the one who recommended the restaurant and they went over and over my expectations. Thank you!
