Best soul food in the area. I'm from Charleston SC and we know soul food. The service was friendly and I absolutely enjoyed everything I ordered. The portion sizes were good. I don't understand the lack of ratings but I do suggest stopping by. God Bless

We have learned from april 's southern bistro about an ad on fb where there was a buy1 get 1 free deal. neverything was delicious! the pouring have a creamy cheese sauce that they want to take another bite, even if they are full! we had also dessert, bananenpudding u0026 peach basket. they were good. they also have a cash, we didn't order it. nich would recommend to everyone to visit this place!

I finally went to April 's Southern Bistro Restaurant u0026 Bar. I ordered 3 fried chicken wings, collard greens, and string beans. NOT a fan. The chicken wings were season very will, but the size of the wings was meant for toddlers (not exaggerating). The collard greens were very salty and bitter. The green beans were ON POINT! The cornbread muffin was dried out and hard as if they were not making any more for the evening (no excuse – still open for service). The price I paid was NOT worth the portion. ¯ (ツ) ¯
