Feedback gevenI just paid $13 for two bacon eggs and cheese sandwiches. Pays 3 extra dollars to sub bacon. And has cold cheese, bacon. That was 5 minutes. Trash depot, employees also rude. I went at 3:00
I've been here for more than 2 minutes, some people have received orders before me and I went in here before them.
Truthfully the rudest people I have ever encountered! This is McDonald's and they have tons of customers, but my opinion is to loose one is to loose too many. The person working the drive through needs to find another job opportunity. This position isn't for them. If you can not speak to customers civil and allow them to speak in return then you should not be on the drive through. Due to covid19 most fast food establishment are drive though. I was attempting to order two meals using coupons. And this person kept yelling at me that I could only use one. Ok! Well I had two orders and two coupons and I had waited in a very long line. I left and purchase food at zaxby and these people have it going on. Totally customer focused. McDonald's needs to take lessons. One star was too high of a rating
Very nice staff. They just need to remember to put ketchup in the bag when people order fries. Shouldn't have to ask for ketchup when you order fries
This location has the worst customer service. I drive up to the first window, when the young lady finally opened the window she didn?t say a word, just stood there. I had to ask for the total. Drive to the second window, the young man never said anything either. Handed me my drinks then came back with my order a minute later, slung the bag out the window. I was missing my fries so I waited for him to return to the window. I walked up to the shake machine and looked at me then turned his back as to act like he didn?t see me. I tapped on the window to let them know I didn?t receive my fries, still no response then a few seconds later someone comes to the window and slings a small bag out, again with no response. These young people need a serious lesson in customer service before they are allowed to interact with customers.
